Product management is mostly judgment under constraint. The best product teams are not the ones with the most ceremonies. They are the ones that understand the company bet, make sharper tradeoffs, and ship work that compounds.

My product management philosophy is simple: fewer priorities, clearer ownership, faster feedback, stronger taste, and closer connection between product decisions and business outcomes.

That matters more in the AI-native era. When execution gets cheaper, judgment becomes more valuable. The team that knows what to build has more leverage than the team that only knows how to produce more tickets.
